Enrollment certification requesting process


Enrollment certification is an official document that certifies the quarter, semester, and year in which the student is or was enrolled and assigned.
To request it, follow these instructions:

Requirements:
Students will be asked to provide the following information:

  • ID number: Provide the ID number for the degree program for which you are requesting enrollment certification.
  • Payment type: Select the operation code. “418- Certificación de matrícula”.
    Fee: Q60.00 plus shipping charges.
  • Semester/trimester: Select the current semester and year.

Click on the “Generar boleta” button.
The system will request the information to make the payment and the shipping address.
