The Master's Degree in Human Resource Direction and Management, is an advanced program that trains professionals in the implementation of effective strategies for talent management within organizations. This postgraduate program emphasizes the development of leadership skills and a deep understanding of the economic and financial aspects that affect personnel management. Through an integrated curriculum, essential topics such as microeconomics applied to business, planning and provision of human resources, as well as their continuous development are addressed. In addition, tools are provided to improve internal communication and manage labor relations, preparing leaders to face and solve the current challenges of the labor environment in a dynamic and globalized business context.

What will you learn during the program?

The academic model of the program is based on the constructivist paradigm within the framework of higher education; it is centered on the student, as the protagonist and responsible agent of his own learning, who assimilates and gives meaning to the curricular contents. Professional experts with master's or doctoral degrees are in charge of the class sessions, who have values and competencies in university teaching that allow them to apply active learning strategies to promote the higher order capabilities of the student, orienting them to learning objectives/results, using the new communication and information technologies -ICTs-, and formative evaluation, making the study a true learning experience.
