The Master's Degree in Strategic Human Talent Management is a program designed to provide professionals with integral skills and knowledge in the management and optimization of human capital within organizations. Through a curriculum that integrates courses such as Business Economics and Human Capital, Strategic Human Resource Planning and Organizational Communication, participants develop a strategic vision to effectively manage talent. Job analysis and design, along with recruitment and selection techniques, enable students to build high-performance teams. The program deepens in the formation of competencies in business training, organizational behavior and performance evaluation. The quality of life at work and knowledge management are fundamental aspects that complement the training, promoting innovative and sustainable practices in human resources management.

What will you learn during the program?

The academic model of the program is based on the constructivist paradigm within the framework of higher education; it is centered on the student, as the protagonist and responsible agent of his own learning, who assimilates and gives meaning to the curricular contents.
