Career description

The Master's Degree in Business Administration program prepares professionals to lead in the business environment with an advanced understanding of applied economics, effective leadership and strategic management. Throughout its curriculum, critical analysis of finance and optimization of strategic decision-making is emphasized, as well as the development of specific managerial skills such as strategy development and financial forecasting. In addition, advanced concepts for negotiation and decisions based on the interaction between different economic actors are integrated. This program is oriented to train leaders capable of successfully managing companies in the complexity of today's global landscape.

What will you learn during the program?

The academic model of the program is based on the constructivist paradigm within the framework of higher education; it is centered on the student, as the protagonist and responsible agent of his own learning, who assimilates and gives meaning to the curricular contents. Professional experts with master's or doctoral degrees are in charge of the class sessions, who have values and competencies in university teaching that allow them to apply active learning strategies to promote the higher order capabilities of the student, orienting them to learning objectives/results, using the new communication and information technologies -ICTs-, and formative evaluation, making the study a true learning experience. This demands from the student the change of habits, the study is autonomous and independent and is based on the research process.
