It is aimed at specialized physicians in general surgery who will broaden their knowledge in the prevention and care of pathology in the pediatric population that requires resolution and surgical approach.

Pediatric surgery is the specialty that seeks the diagnosis, pre-operative management, surgical management and post-operative care of the problems presented by the child, from the neonate to the adolescent.
