The training profile of the future teacher is based on four dimensions

Dimensions:

- Mind (development of the different instrumental competences).

- Body (through the expression of emotions and interactive classes)

- Spirit (leaving a legacy)

- Heart (educating in love)

As a model of the integral formation that must be achieved with each of their future students.

All this from the perspective of the teacher as a researcher of his or her practice, creative, capable of analyzing and contrasting ideas, planning and making appropriate decisions for the development of curricular innovations committed to social reality, progress and social welfare.

Upon graduation from the Bachelor's Degree in Primary and Pre-primary Education, the future graduate will develop the following competencies:

-Uses methods to facilitate learning, pedagogically grounded, in attention to the social reality, progress and social welfare.

Uses pedagogically based methods to facilitate learning, according to the needs and interests of the students.

-Link the curricular contents with the life experience, interests and immediate environment of the students.

-Generates effective and valid responses to the multiple and varied contexts, situations and demands faced in their work, situations and demands that they face in their professional work.

-Demonstrates his/her suitability based on principles and moral values that professional teaching performance demands before the normative set of public morals.
